Congresswoman Terri Sewell (AL-07) will host a food giveaway in her hometown of Selma on Tuesday afternoon.

Congresswoman Sewell and volunteers will be giving away boxes of free food items at Selma’s Bloch Park from 3-5 p.m. or until supplies last.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has left many of our community’s families struggling to make ends meet,” Congresswoman Sewell said. “The test of a society is how we treat those with the most need. In the spirit of giving thanks for what we have, we must come together to assist those who need a helping hand this Thanksgiving.”
