Marcus Spears, 53, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, $15,000 bond, in jail.

Jennifer Hare, 42, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, $1,000 bond, made bond.

Christopher Terrell Muse, 28, was serving time for criminal court.

Darryl Kennedy, 25, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, $15,000 bond, made bond.
