The City of Selma announced via press release it will host a series of community meetings, entitled “Let’s Talk Selma” in late July and early August. They invited citizens of Selma to attend.

The meetings are tentatively scheduled for July 21, July 28, August 4 and August 11 at 5:30 p.m. each day.

According to the release, the meetings are subject to change and the meeting locations have yet to be determined.

“Please join us to engage in conversations that will allow an exchange of ideas and information between the citizens and a representative from each city department,” the release said. “Your enthusiasm and contribution to this discussion is important and greatly appreciated. Attend with a neighbor. Be informed and involved!”
