A Selma woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday night in Dallas County.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Sgt. Jeremy Burkett reports that Tamica L. Donaldson, 42, was fatally injured when the 2016 Nissan Altima she drove struck a signpost and a tree. Donaldson was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Dallas County 85 and Alabama 41 near the 113 mile marker, about four miles north of Minter around 10:45 p.m. Saturday.
Burkett said that no further details are available as Troopers with the ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate the accident.
