Lorraine Williamson passed away September 23, 2022 at the age of 93. She was born September 6, 1929 in Sweetwater, Alabama to the late Percy Lee Jowers and Hallie Grace Mayton Jowers.

She was preceded by her husband, Kenneth Williamson; son, Gary Mayton; brothers, Donnie Jowers and Bob Jowers.

She is survived by her son, Ted (Karen) Smith; daughter, Joy (Woody) Collins; grandchildren, Gina Lane, Chad Mayton, Donavan Smith, Ashley Smith Ellis, Christopher Collins and Marshall Collins; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.   Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Aimwell Baptist Church in Sweetwater with Bro. Don Newton officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Aimwell Baptist Church 2770 County Road 17 Sweet Water, Alabama 36782.
