Falling forward: City of Valley Grande holds 2nd annual Fall Festival

The City of Valley Grande held its second annual Fall Festival last Saturday.
Under a bright sun and breezy conditions, several vendors and spectators piled into the Valley Grande Walking Trail.
Councilwoman Sara Day, who’s in charge of community events, said she was pleased with how the event went.
“The weather turned out perfect,” Day said. “We had a great selection of vendors.”
Mayor Wayne Labbe, who drove kids around in a barrel ride, said he was pleased with the event.
“The festival had a good turnout, everyone enjoyed it,” Labbe said. “The kids had fun.”
Tee’s Treats,Tally-Ho’s, the Lemonade Lady were among the vendors. A bouncy house and dunking booth were among the games for the kids. Two packs of Pumpkins were purchased from Dave’s Market.
