Sixteen Tipton-Durant Middle School students were recently selected to attend the Envision Junior  National Leadership Conference in Washington D.C. next summer.

The selected students were Emmanuel Thomas, Апуа English, Aaron Labarry, Alonzo Brown, Kaitlyn Smith, Adreanna Bennett, Australia McQueen, Garret Simmons, Varret Simmons, Jayla Braddy, EarLaysha Bender, Caliyn Donaldson, Khloe Blevins, Riquel Fikes, Tendarious Pullom and Kailey McConico.

“Great achievement! Keep up the good work,” Tipton-Durant Middle School faculty said in a statement.

In a release, Jim Cigliano, Executive Vice President, Envision by WorldStrides, said the program helps teenagers reach their potential.

 “Our career-focused programs help students grow, experience life-changing moments and discover their futures,” Cigliano said.
