The Selma-Dallas County Historic Preservation Society will hold its yearly salad luncheon on August 21 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Presbyterian Church.
An assortment of salads and delectable desserts will be available for take-out or dine-in. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased from any SDCHPS Board Member or by calling 334-412-8550.
Tickets for the luncheon can be purchased in advance from Candi Duncan by calling 334-412-8550.
“By attending this event, you are directly contributing to preserving our area’s historic sites and promoting our cultural heritage,” said Duncan, an SDCHPS board member.
Proceeds from the luncheon will support the SDCHPS and its ongoing preservation efforts. The SDCHPS is a non-profit organization with a mission to protect, preserve, and restore Selma and Dallas County’s past.
The Salad Luncheon, founded in 1971, is a celebration of culinary delights and a vital fundraiser supporting the Society’s ongoing preservation efforts.
