The following arrests were reported with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department between Oct. 28 and Oct. 31. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

• Curtis Craig, 37, arrested Oct 28, Contempt of court, no bond.
• Kyla Iman Tolbert, 25, arrested Oct. 29, theft of property third degree, $10,000 bond, use of defense spray, $15,000 bond.
• Deshaun Evan Hill, 25, arrested Oct. 29, violation of court order, no bond, theft (retail) third degree, $ 6,000 bond.
• Jennifer Mitchell, 42, arrested Oct. 30, receiving stolen property second degree, $15,000 bond.
• Kenya James, 51, arrested Oct. 31, criminal tampering second degree, $2,000 bond.
• Loue Donald Peoples, 21, arrested Oct. 31, failure to appear in court for possession of marijuana and attempted to elude second degree, no bond.
