The Selma Police Department is looking for two additional suspects connected with the murder of a 40-year-old man at Walmart Friday night.
Selma Police Chief Kenta Fulford identified these suspects as Tashun Roderick Benard Hunter, 19, and Willie James Hunter, 20, both of Selma.
“The Selma PD is searching for these two in connection with Friday night murder,” Fulford said in a text to the Selma Times-Journal. “they have active warrants for Capital Murder and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle. They are considered armed and dangerous.”
Selma Police Lt. Ray Blanks said Saturday night that the criminal investigation division arrested two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, for capital murder and discharging into an occupied vehicle.
The arrest stems from a shooting that occurred on Friday, Jan. 31, at Walmart Supercenter around 8 p.m. Marcus Martin, 40, was fatally shot while sitting inside of a vehicle in the parking lot.
