Baby Micha Lee Deavers, died Wednesday, April 21, 2004.

Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, at the Chapel of Selma Funeral Home with services following at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Rod Rochester officiating.

Survivors include his parents, Anthony and Alex Deavers of Selma; grandparents, Chuck and Darling Mills of Jones and Amanda and Felix Reeves of Selma; two uncles, Chris Mills of Jones and Skylar Reeves of Selma; one aunt, Erin Deavers of Selma; and one cousin, Elina Deavers of Selma.

Elizabeth Irene Rotenberry

Elizabeth &8220;Sister&8221; Irene Rotenberry, 86, of Troy, died at her home on Tuesday, April 20, 2004, at her home.

Services were held on Friday, April 23, at Dillards Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor David Dordevic officiating. Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Blaine M. Rotenberry and Leslie Ann Dennis of Troy; one sister, Mary L. (Joe) Smith of Selma; two great-grandchildren; and a number of loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Moren Rotenberry, her parents, Lawrence Walter and Gertrude Louise Phillips, one son, David M. Rotenberry, one daughter, Leslie A. Rotenberry and her brother, Lawrence W. Phillips Jr.

Mrs. Rotenberry was a loving person, devoted to her church and family. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Christine McElroy

Christine McElroy, of Selma, died Monday, April 26, 2004, at a local nursing home.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Lawrence Funeral Home.

Robert Charles Pierce

Robert Charles Pierce, 37, of Selma, died Friday, April 23, 2004, at his home.

Services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, at the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral with the Rev. Willard Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his mother, Sue (Terry) Rogers of Lawley; son, Corey Parten of Oklahoma; brother, David Earl Pierce of Selma; sister, Tammi (Keith) Chandler of Plantersville; half-brother, Bobby Williams of Selma; grandmothers, Virginia Helms and Vermalee Guthrie; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and very special aunt, Louise Holloway.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lamar Pierce Jr., his grandfathers, Charles Roy Helms Sr. and Floyd Guthrie, his uncles, Curtis Hobbie and Kenneth Osburn Sr.

Active pallbearers are Charles Roy Helms Jr., Kenneth Robert Osburn Jr., Buddy Hughes, Doug Rogers, Darrell McTigue and Glenn Whitaker.

Daymon Crum

Daymon Crum, of Selma, died Sunday, April 25, 2004, at a local nursing home.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Home.
