Larry Michael Dempsey, age 53, of Selma, died Tuesday February 21, 2012. He is survived by his brothers, Tracey Lynn Dempsey of Clanton, AL and Doyle Allen Dempsey of Selma; sister, Deborah A. Sawyer of Northport, AL; nephews, Dyson Allen Dempsey, Cayson Wayne Sawyer and Robert Kenan Sawyer; aunts, Marion Godwin of Jones, Ann Hinds of Montgomery and Priscilla Dempsey of Carolton, AL.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday February 25, 2012 in the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Humane Society.
