Selma police have issued a “be on the look out” for Carlos Moore, a black male, 16 years old and weighing about 150 pounds.

The youth was last seen on foot near Louis Street. He was wearing a white tee-shirt, black sweat pants and red sneakers.

If anyone sees this youth, contact the Selma Police Department at 874-2120.

A shooting occurred about 30 minutes ago on Brown Street.
