William Lewis Brantley

William Lewis Brantley, 66, resident of Selma, passed away April 4, 2012 in Selma. Services will be held Friday, April 13, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Dr. Charles Lett. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

He is preceded in death by parents Reverend Willie L. Brantley and Algie S. Brantley.

Survivors include spouse, Eloise Brantley; two sons, William L. Wright Sr. of Bronx, NY and Jessie Phillips Jr. of Selma, AL.; two daughters, Niko Phillips and Marthna Renita Harrell, both of Selma; six brothers, Daniel (Leanna) Brantley of Selma, AL., George (Lois) Brantley of Mason, OH, devoted and caring brother, Calvin Brantley of Selma, AL., Michael Brantley of Cincinnati, OH, Gregory Brantley of Stone Mountain, GA, and Timothy Brantley of Cincinnati, OH; two sisters, Jewel (Larry) Dixon of Louisville, MS, and Linda Brantley of Selma, AL; grandchildren, Justice Richardson, Zachery Phillips, Marcus Phillips, Julius Toddle, William Wright, Jr., and Curtis Mitchell; aunt, Lillie Mae Stevenson; a special and devoted cousin, Ivy (Randy) Harrison; a host of nieces, nephews, dear friends, and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Dallas County Sheriff Department.
