Three men are in the Dallas County jail and one is out on bond for the alleged rape of an 11-year-old Selma girl.
Henry Anthony Fuller, 22, Shefeyone Reeves, 19, and Clarence Lee, 20, all currently in the Dallas County Jail, have been charged with first-degree rape, according to Warren Hinson, public information officer for the Selma Police Department.
Leshawn Hale of Selma, 23, who is also charged with first-degree rape, was released on bond Wednesday.
Fuller and Reeves were arrested Tuesday. Hale was arrested Wednesday.
Lee was arrested Jan. 16.
According to the district attorney’s office, a conviction for a Class A felony would mean a sentence of 10 years to life in jail. If a firearm or deadly weapon is used then the minimum sentence would be 20 years.
Hinson said that Lee allegedly raped the girl in December 2002.
On Jan. 1, the girl was allegedly brought to Fuller’s house and raped by Fuller, Reeves and Hale. She was then allegedly brought to Lee’s residence.
