Lyons player of year

Clifford Lyons Jr. earned Player of the Week honors two time this past season, while helping the Dallas County Hornets get to the 10-2 mark.
Lyons rolled up 1,870 all purpose yards this year on 118 touches, and scored 168 of the Hornets points.
He was second on the team in rushing with 1,015 yards on 83 attempts, and had an average of 12.2 yards a carry. He scored 16 rushing touchdowns for the year.
He also led the team in receiving with 20 catches for 458 yards and eight touchdowns. He averaged 22.9 yards a catch.
He had nine kick-off returns for 302 yards, and two touchdowns.
All of Lyons accomplishements earned him Selma TImes-Journal Player of the Year.
