Mr. Joseph Poellnitz, 66, resident of Stone Mountain, Georgia, formerly of Selma, passed away June 29, 2012 at Odyssey Healthcare, Georgia.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Miller Funeral Service Chapel, Selma, officiated by Pastor Gary Crum. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include wife, Oraldine Poellnitz; mother-in-law, Johnnie; three daughters, Stacy, Darlene, and Marie; stepdaughter, Vickie; three brothers, Luther, Thurmon, and Bobby; five grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
