Ms. Betty (Brown) Franklin

On Sunday July 8th God called home our beloved Ms. Betty Louise (Brown) Franklin formally of Selma, Dallas Co., Ala. Bettie was the third child born to the late Mr. Will Brown and Ms. Sara (Grumbles) Brown.

Betty attended school and worshiped in Selma until she was united in marriage to the late Major A. Franklin who was a proud member of the USAF station in Selma.

Betty proceeds in home going parents, her eldest sister Ms. Hattie Williams, one brother Mr. Willie J. Brown and a toddler son Sylvester Franklin. Betty is survived by her six devoted son’s William G. Franklin, Major A. Franklin Jr., Gary D. Franklin, Randy E. (Rita) Franklin, Bryant W. Franklin (Sherritta), Jerome E. Franklin all of Wichita, Kansas.

Services will be held on Monday July 16th 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Elder T.D. Sherrod of First Church of God In Christ will be officiating the services at 1418 N. Piatt Wichita, KS 67214, 316265-8715.
