R.C. Hatch (1-2) won their first game of the season Friday against Hayneville Central with a score of 64-22.
Derodrick Norfleet passed 61 yards for two touchdowns; Keon Williams rushed 177 yards for three touchdowns; Marcus Tabb rushed 82 yards for two rushing two touchdown and one touchdown on a punt return; Devante Paige had 61 yards receiving for a total of two receiving touchdowns and one interception for a touchdown.
“We’re still a young team trying to improve week by week,” said Jammie Abraham, Hatch’s head coach. “But, we’re looking better each week.”
Next week Hatch will travel to Vincent High School.
“We want to go to Vincent and pull out a victory.”
