Elizabeth Hicks, 88, resident of Selma, Al, passed away January 26, 2013 in Selma. Services will beheld Saturday, February 2, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at Morning Star Missionary Baptist church officiated by Rev. B.T. Booker. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Church Cemetery directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

Survivors include sons, Samuel Irby, William Howard, and James E. Hicks; daughters, Rosie L. Jackson and Sallie M. Irby; sister, Maple L. Irby; nineteen grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren, twenty great-great grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, a host of niece and nephews.
