Mr. Freddie Davis Jr., 65, resident of Jones, Alabama, passed away September 23, 2013 in Jones. Services are scheduled for Monday, September 30, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at Little Elam Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Tenorn’s Davij. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

He was preceded in death by son, Marion James Wilson.

Survivors include spouse Odesta Davis; three daughters, Roberta Davis Jackson, Barbara A. Jackson, and Camilla Kirksey; three brothers, Tommy Davis, Willie James Davis, and David Arrick; eight sisters, Dorothy Durden, Joanne Davis, Marie Person, Lula Barnes, Julia Kilingworth, Lugenia Johnson, Mary Fortenberry, and Linda Davis; thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one son-in-law, five brothers-in-laws, two sister-in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Pallbearers will be brothers-in-laws and grandsons.
