Percy L. Cook, was born July 27, 1966. He passed away on December 18, 2013 in Boston, MA. Services will be held at West Trinity Baptist Church on Saturday, January 4, 2014,12:00 noon.

He leaves behind three sisters, one brother, and five grandchildren. We love you, rest in peace.
