Morgan Academy (6-7) defeated Wilcox Academy 59-44 Friday night behind 16 points and eight rebounds from Dalton Lee.

In all four Senators scored in double figures. Connor Henderson had 14 points and eight rebounds, Trey Powe scored 14 points and Ford Manderson had 13 points.

Drake Lauderdale, with 16 points, was the only player in double figures for Wilcox Academy.

Morgan Academy will travel to Meadowview Christian Saturday to take on their crosstown rivals. Games start at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the junior varsity boys and girls and varsity teams in action.
