The Meadowview Christian Lady Trojans used a spectacular offensive performance to defeat Sparta Academy 15-3 Friday.

The Lady Trojans scored six runs in the first inning to take an early lead. Lyndsey Patton added a three-run homerun in the fourth inning to give Meadowview a 7-0 lead. The Trojans added six more in the fifth inning.

Maggie Tipton, Shelby Boswell and Kendrick all hit doubles during two hit performances. Mallory Freine went 3-for-4 in the game and Jessie Boswell also added a hit.

Kendrick was the starting pitcher for the Lady Trojans and got the win.

Meadowview’s next game is at home on April 3 against Jackson Academy.
