Henry Carter Spivey, 52, a resident of Prattville, Alabama, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014. Mr. Spivey was preceded in death by his parents, George and Barbara Spivey; and one sister, Eva Jo Wallace. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Betsy Spivey; one daughter, Nikki (Trevor) Stange; two grandchildren, Layton and Carter Stange; one sister, Tracy (Craig) Wilson; three brothers, Steve (Beverly) Spivey, Mike (Debbie) Spivey, and Chuck (Sue) Caldwell; step-mother, Fay Spivey; one brother-in-law, Roger Godwin; two sisters-in-law, Cindy (Danny) Casebere and Tina Amerson; special friends, Tracy and Doug Schwemm; and three nieces, Christi Rushing, Marley Godwin, and Kaylee Casebere; one nephew, Keith Maroney; numerous extended family members and many friends. The family will receive friends at their residence, 121 Lina Dr., Prattville, AL, 36067, on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
