Woodfin “Grady” Deason, Jr., 86, of Maplesville died Tuesday, May 27, 2014.

He was born on Monday, April 23, 1928 in Birmingham, AL, Son of the late Woodfin Grady Deason, Sr. and the late Jewel Ratliff Deason.

He was an Auto Body Mechanic.

Surviving are his Wife, Orla Mae Deason of Maplesville, AL; Daughters, Debbie (Pete) Davenport of Maplesville, AL, Connie (Gene) Pegues of Marion Junction, AL, Anita (Dan) Ellison-Chandler of Maplesville, AL; Grandchildren, Keri (Kirk) Stallings, Kelli McMinn, Clay (Stephanie) Pegues, Kayla (Rand) Smith, Taylor (Ricky) Burt; Step-Grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Davenport, Eric (Lacey) Davenport; 5 Great-Grandchildren, 9 Step-Great-Grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 6-8, Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Martin Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 29, 2014, at New Life Assembly of God at 11:00 a.m.
