Paraco Rand, age 85, of Safford, passed away Feb. 28, 2015, in Safford. Services are scheduled for March 14, 2015, at 12 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. with the Rev. Karl Peoples officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.
