Mr. Tobias C. Cooper, 26, of Riverdale, Ga., formerly of Selma, passed away July 22, 2015 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Ellwood Circle of Love Community Church with pastor Gary L. Crum officiating. Burial will follow in Sandridge Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He survived by his parents, George (T.C.) and Rosie English-Cooper; two daughters, Jordan (Jasmine Bailey) and Ta’Niariah (Sheneice Edwards) Cooper of Riverdale, Ga.; three brothers, Travaris and Tikeem Cooper of Riverdale, Ga. and Christopher Walker of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Jalyrica Perry of Pensacola, Fla., Angel Cooper of Riverdale, Ga.; his ray of sunshine, Amber Coffey; four uncles; and seven aunts.
