Mr. Charles E. Newberry, 48, resident of Tyler, Alabama passed away December 5, 2010 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services will be held Monday, December 13, 2010, 12:00 noon at Sandridge Church officiated by Pastor Rev. Roosevelt Marzette. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Tammy Newberry; mother, Rosie Newberry; two stepsons, eight aunts, and five uncles. Pallbearers will be cousins.
