Mr. Malik Nathaniel Walker, 38, of Selma, passed away March 8, 2016, in the Vaughan Regional Medical Center emergency room. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church on Buckeye Avenue with Judge Nathaniel Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens in Selma with Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by his father, Judge Nathaniel Walker; son, Marcurious Atkinson; sister, Sala Walker; nephew, Christian N. Walker; niece, Jacqueline S. Walker; aunts, Mary (Pastor James) Peoples and Janet (Alvin) Whittaker; uncle, James L. Burns; great aunts, Mary D. Burns, Addie Green, Irma Childress, Gladys Shephard, Grace Shannon and Earnestine Walker; and extended family, Senator Hank Sanders and Faya Rose Sanders Toure.
