Selma police are searching for two men as suspects in a robbery Monday.

Sgt. Doug Stewart said on Monday about 8:15 p.m. a 58-year-old man said he was walking near Johnson Street and Wrenwood Avenue when the two men knocked him to the ground and began beating him with their fists before removing his wallet.

The offenders took several personal items and $400 cash.
