John Sanders, a resident of Marion, passed away Jan. 4, 2017, at Southland Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church with the Rev. Esmer Davis officiating under the direction of Melvin Miller Funeral Service. Viewing will be Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017, at Melvin Miller Funeral Service from 12-6 p.m.

The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service.
