Ms. Eveline Brooks, age 81, resident of Montgomery, formerly of Lowndes County, passed away Dec. 28, 2016, in Montgomery.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Jan 7, 2017, at noon at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Gordonville with the Rev. Rodney Wilkerson officiating. Burial will be held at Gordon Cemetery in Gordonville, directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service.

She is survived by son, Jerome Brooks; daughters, Delcia Johnson and Sharon Brooks; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.
