Bishop Apostle Herman T. Gaines, 60, of Madison, formerly of Dallas County, passed away Jan. 28, 2018, at UAB West in Bessemer.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Day Star Family Church in North Port. Burial will follow in Central Baptist Cemetery in Marion Junction with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.
