The Morgan Academy Senators boys soccer team earned its first win of the season on the road against Kingwood Christian in Alabaster on Tuesday night.

Wade Mason’s goal in the opening minute of the game was the first of many in the team’s 11-3 win. The team set a school record for the most goals scored in a game.

Ansh Shah (3), Cooper McKinney (3), Daniel Portwood (3), Mason and Cink Minter each scored a goal in the match.

The 1-5 Senators next game is on Tuesday, March 13 at Fort Dale in Greenville.
