It is almost time to “Shuck and Jive” with the BlackBelt Benefit Group.

The non-profit is gearing up for its annual “Shuck and Jive” fundraiser, hosted at the Tally Ho restaurant.

The free event will be on the back deck of the restaurant on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 3 p.m.

Just like in previous years, there will be live music, oysters and football games.

Even though the event is free to attend, the cost for oysters will depend on the price of the cases.

BlackBelt Benefit Group member, Paul Wilkerson said the event is a fun and engaging way to earn money for the community.

“Music is at the heart of it,” he said. “Most of everything we do has music and food. All of the money we raise goes directly back into the community.”

There will be televisions set up inside and outside showing the eight SEC games at various times throughout the day.
