On Monday, the Selma City School system held their first ever AIME Awards that recognizes employees and parents of students in the school system that go above and beyond their duty.

Something that keeps employees happy is recognizing those that work hard and go above and beyond.

It goes to show that their hard work does not go unnoticed and encourages them to continue to do the hard work.

We recognize Team Selma for giving out these awards and to lift their employees and parents up.

Team Selma has worked tirelessly this past year to improve the school system and having events like this is exactly what continues to improve morale.
