James “Chuck” Bender, a resident of Valley Grande, transitioned to his eternal resting place on October 22, 2019 in Valley Grande. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019  11 a.m. at Phillip Grove Missionary Baptist Church Rev. Kirk Ellison, Sr. Officiating. Burial will follow in Pine View Memory Garden. Walker Mortuary directing.
