Rodney Richardson, 41, was charged with third-degree domestic violence, $1,000 bond, made bond.

Zechariah Brown, 17, was charged with murder, second-degree assault and discharging gun into occupied building, in jail.

Chasmine Alexander, 31, was charged with theft of services, $6,500 bond.

Jerry Moore, 61, was charged with public drunkeness, $1,000 bond.

Justin Rudolph, 33, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and attempting to elude, $21,000 bond, made bond.
