Lovelena Gordon Harris, 79, resident of Selma, passed away March 13, 2011 in Montgomery, AL. Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 19, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Greater Mallard Chapel, AME officiated by Rev. Isaiah  Perry. Burial will follow in David Gordon Cemetery directed E.G.Cummings Memorial Funeral Home of Montgomery.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth (GuGu) Harris, Atlanta, GA., Charles Harris, Montgomery, AL, and Michael Stallworth, Selma, AL; five daughters, Juanita Harris, Rochester, NY, Elmira (Johnnie) Gardner, Montgomery, AL, Mary McInnis, Montgomery, AL, Mary ann Harris, Montgomery, Marzella (John) Samuel, Montgomery; three brothers, David gordon, Arthur Gordaon, and Willie Gordon; two sisters, Rosa sanders and Annie Brenson; eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two sons-in-laws, and one daughter-in-law.

Pallbearers will be Amal Gardner, Christopher Samuel, christopher Lewis, Tamil Gardner, Koranado Harris, and Jermarcus McInnis.

Viewing and visitation will be held at Miller Funeral Home on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm.
