Selma High opens basketball season with wins over Keith

Selma High opened its basketball season last weekend.
The Saints lost to Sipsey Valley 64-60, routed County rival Keith High 72-46.
The Lady Saints won their first two contests, beating Sipsey Valley 61-23 and Keith 52-19.
Jarvis Moss led the Saints with 20 points against Sipsey Valley, 12 at Keith. Javonte Stubbs led the Saints with 18 points against Keith, 15 at Sipsey Valley. Aaron Strong had points against Keith and 10 at Sipsey Valley.
Southside 67, Wilcox Central 54: Tre Towns led the Panthers with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Barrian Moorer added 14 points and eight assists. Chris Thomas finished with 12 points and four steals.
Wilcox Central girls 61, Southside 55: Jakeria Robinson led the Lady Panthers with 25 points, Markeria Robinson added 10 points.
