Morgan stays undefeated in region play

Morgan Academy’s baseball team remained perfect in region play as the Senators defeated Wilcox Academy 10-0 Thursday.
Crawford Traylor picked up the win in four innings of work and also helped himself at the plate with a three-run triple in the second inning.
The Senators combined for 9 hits on the afternoon and scored two runs in the first inning, five in the second inning and three in the sixth inning.
Austin Anderson led the Senators at the plate, going 3-for-4.
Parker Hughes, Cobb Bostick, Connor Thorpe, Craig Price and Joel Yarbrough also picked up hits for the Senators.
