The Dallas County Democratic Executive Committee will host a Democratic Candidate Meet & Greet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday night at the Anchor.

Collins Pettaway, III, Chairman of Dallas County Democratic Executive Committee confirmed four candidates have confirmed they will attend: Yolanda Flowers (Governor  candidate), Dr. Will Boyd (US Senate candidate), Pamela Lafitte (Secretary of State candidate), Robert Stewart (State Senate candidate).

Flowers faces incumbent Kay Ivey. Boyd faces Katie Britt. Lafittee faces Wes Allen.  Ivey, Allen and Britt are Republicans.

Stewart faces Libertarian Portia Shepherd.

Selma and Dallas County will have the chance to speak with the candidates, asking questions about the election next month.

The election will be held on November 8.
