The City of Selma will have a Housing Fair on Thursday at 5 p.m. at the Selma High School Cafeteria.

The fair is for tornado survivors, 502 Qualified Applicants, Section 8 Eligible , Fair Credit, no credit, no closing costs, no down payment, low fixed interest rate.

The Selma Housing Authority, USDA Rural Development, Hope Credit Union, NACA and Trustmark Bank are partnering with the City of Selma for the fair.

Selma Mayor James Perkins Jr. said it’s important for Queen City residents to attend, especially those recovering from the January 12 tornado.

“People need to come to this meeting,” Perkins said.

Kennard Randolph is the SHA Executive Director.  Danielle Wooten is the City of Selma Planning and Development Director. Both are expected to attend the meeting,
