A body was discovered in a burned home on June 16 by the Selma Fire Department.

The SFD identified the body as Isamar Gonzalez, 32 on the 2000 block of Elkdale Street.

According to the SFD, fire investigators are investigating what caused the death and what started the fire.

Funeral services for Gonzalez have already been announced and published in The Selma Times-Journal

Graveside services have been scheduled for Saturday, at 1 p.m. from Aubrey Larkin’s Lewis Brothers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Summerfield Community Cemetery with Aubrey Larkin’s Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.
