The United States Marshals Service has identified a suspect involved in a manhunt taking place on Thursday in Dallas County.

Jerico D. Parker, 40, of Jones, is the suspect identified. Parker is a 6-foot-2, 200-pound African-American man.  He is believed to be wearing a green shirt and in the area or near the 200 Block of Dallas County 264 within the Jones community in Dallas County.

If anyone has information concerning this individual, please contact the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Montgomery Call Center at 334-676-7250, press 1 to speak with an ALEA Communications Officer. Parker is believed to be armed and extremely dangerous. Officials warn residents don’t approach or attempt to contact Parker.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and Selma Police Department are also assisting with the manhunt.
