Rural Health Medical Program, Inc. honored John A,. Gragg at a ceremony on Wednesday.
Gragg was a RHMPI Board Director who served 21 years in Wilcox County. The other Counties RHMPI serve are: Clarke, Dallas, Perry, Marengo, Monroe. The Selma office is located at 101 Park Place.
A Boykin resident, Gragg said he always focused on working hard.
“I don’t know what time is, I always stayed busy and was always working,” Bragg said. “I always lived by always doing your and always being on time.”
RHMPI CEO Keshee Smith praised Gragg for always being a man of his word, especially with a Building on 101 Park Place that had a Groundbreaking ceremony in January, 2018.
“John A. Gragg’s goal was to have Rural Health at one location,” Smith said. “It’s a beautiful building we can be proud of.”
Gragg said Smith has done a great job at RHMPI.
“Keshee Smith is true to her word,” Gragg said. “She’s got RHMPI up and running.”
Former Selma City Councilwoman Angela Benjamin and Vaughn Regional Medical Center CEO David McCormack attended the ceremony.
