Arts Revive and Photographic Nights of Selma will host the 4th annual Photographic Nights of Selma Festival Nov 3-4. This event invites photographers from around the world to share their work and will highlight a well-known photographer, Fred Watkins, as the guest of honor.  Participants will not only view the art but also spend time with the artists and discuss the meaning behind their art.
