Gospel Tabernacle Church began its annual Toy and Coat Drive on Friday. New items for children between three months old and 18 years of age can be dropped off at Gospel Tabernacle COGIC-Selma during the week between 3 and 5 p.m. 

The two-week donation drop-off ends on Dec. 15. The distribution of items will be held on Dec. 23 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Gospel Tabernacle.

Gospel Tabernacle Pastor John Grayson said he always enjoys giving back to the community during the holiday season. Grayson said the yearly coat and toy drive serves over 300 families each year.

“It’s always exciting to have the toy and coat drive every year,” Grayson said.
