Malcolm Crittenden spent part of Easter weekend delivering water in his hometown of Selma.

Crittenden delivered several boxes of water at Selma High School on Good Friday, March 29.

Crittenden owns Akaline Lyfe, based out of Atlanta.

“Good Friday was truly a full circle moment and honestly one of the best moments I have experienced throughout this journey of being an entrepreneur,” Crittenden said. “To see them cases of Alkaline LYFE flowing through the same halls that helped me become the person I am today was a surreal moment. Donating 72 cases of Alkaline Lyfe Water to Selma High has been on my heart for awhile, I’m thankful to now be in a position to do it.”

Crittenden said it was fun encouraging the students to follow their dreams. He started the company seven years ago.

“The thing I enjoyed the most was being able to speak to the students and speak life into them,” Crittenden said. “ I pray this can spark a light in the minds of the youth to show them anything is possible when you believe in yourself. Go big. Whatever I’ve done or can do, they can do it too. I’m from the same city. I went to the same school. Great things come from this little ol’ town called Selma.”
